Terms of service
By renting or purchasing from Memoriesxbloom, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Memoriesxbloom. Memoriesxbloom operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).
These terms of service, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
Disclaimer: By renting our floral arrangements you understand that though some of these flowers look and feel real, and are named after real flowers, they are in fact artificial.
Rental Terms
Shipped items will arrive at least 3 days prior to the event date specified in the order, and items will be shipped back to Memoriesxbloom within 3 days after the event. If the day after the event is a Sunday or a holiday, shipping the following day is allowed. Late shipments will be charged a fee of 10% of the pre-tax/pre-shipping order total per day late, up to ten days. Items not shipped within seven days of the required ship date will be considered “kept” and the customer will be charged full retail price. Return shipping costs and late fee charges will not be refunded. Late return fees and “kept item” charges may be waived at our discretion if you contact us in advance to request a later return date.
For local pickup items, items will be picked up on the agreed upon date. Early and late pickups may be accommodated based on circumstances but will not change the end date of the rental period. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the order, including taxes. Items not returned on the agreed upon return date will be charged a fee of 10% of the pre-tax order total per day late, up to ten days. Items not returned within ten days of the return date will be considered “kept.”
All items should be returned in the original packaging and packed in the manner they arrived, using the return label provided. If original packaging is damaged or alternative shipping is used, customers must cover this cost. Contact us if alternate arrangements are needed.
Setup and Teardown
For the setup and tear down option, there can be up to 4 team members arriving to set up, move, and/or tear down the rented florals. Our team will leave once set-up is complete and return at the teardown time chosen at checkout.
If the venue or anyone else prevents timely teardown, or if delays are caused due to venue access issues or coordination errors, a late teardown fee may apply. You are responsible for notifying both your personal and venue coordinators in advance of the scheduled setup and teardown times.
Use of Rental Items
Rental items must be used only for their intended purpose:

Florals CANNOT be used near an open flame.

Florals CAN be placed in vases with water but CANNOT be submerged.

Florals CANNOT be returned with dirt or sand.

Florals CANNOT be altered or supplemented with additional flowers.
Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications will incur full replacement costs. Customers are responsible for ensuring that decor placement and use comply with venue safety guidelines.
Payment and Cancellation
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Orders cancelled 60+ days before the event receive a full refund.

Orders cancelled 14–59 days before the event receive a 50% refund.
Orders cancelled less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be submitted by email to memoriesxbloom@gmail.com. Cancellation fees may be adjusted at our discretion.
Order Changes and Rebooking
Changes made more than 60 days before the event are free. Changes within 60 days are subject to availability and approval.
Event date changes are permitted at no cost if inventory is available. Items not available on the new date will be refunded per the original event date's cancellation policy.
Integrity of Rented Items / Substitutions
All floral arrangements are faux and designed to replicate fresh florals. If items are unavailable due to prior damage, substitutions will be made to preserve the color scheme and style. Substitutions will be of equal or higher value.
Colors may vary slightly due to monitor differences. Wear and tear is expected over time. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge this.
Damages and Liability
By renting with Memoriesxbloom, the customer agrees that he/she will return all rented items in the condition in which they arrived. Upon first arrival, the items (rental or for purchase) should be inspected for damage caused by shipping. Memoriesxbloom will assume the items arrived in the proper condition unless notified otherwise by the customer via photograph within 48 hours of receipt.
The customer will not be charged for damage related to normal wear and tear including, but not limited to:
- Broken flowers
- Missing petals or leaves
- Torn or frayed ribbon
- Watermarked or stained ribbon
- Missing pins
- Bent stems
- Missing boutonniere/corsage box
- Missing informational materials from shipping box
The customer will be charged the posted retail price for any items not returned, as well as for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
- More than two flowers missing from a bouquet
- Disassembled or rearranged bouquet
- Burnt or melted petals or stems
- Excessive dirt or sand present on flowers
- Missing foam insert in shipping box ($10)
Damage fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file with the order when the order is re-inventoried with Memoriesxbloom.
Memoriesxbloom is not responsible for any damage to personal property or nearby property directly or indirectly caused by Memoriesxbloom, including but not limited to dyes bleeding, clothing snags, tablecloth stains, or other personal injury.

Customer assumes all risk and liability for use of the rented items. Memoriesxbloom is not responsible for injury, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from use or misuse of any rental or purchased item.
Inclement Weather
Outdoor events should plan to finalize weather-based decisions at least 4 hours before scheduled start time. If rain, wind, or other conditions pose a risk, our team may adjust timing or placement for safety. Items such as arches or large structures can only be moved by our team. Emergency relocations or additional setups due to weather may incur a service fee.
Photo & Media Consent
By placing an order, you consent to Memoriesxbloom photographing the rental setup for marketing use. If you opt-in via form or booking, a discount may apply for approved photo use.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
